APEC Travel Business Card (ABTC)

Dear Members

NAWEM is collaborating with MSPC (Malaysian Services Providers Confederation) to facilitate your applications for the APEC Travel Business Card (ABTC).

Our own earlier efforts to secure the ABTC directly was not fruitful, and takes a very long time, and so far none have managed to get their travel passes.

MSPC charges RM 300 for this service and we were informed that applications meeting the criteria can obtain the ABTC approvals thus far.

Do take note the requirement of passport validity 4 years or more- essentially recently renewed passports.

For renewals the requirements are exactly the same.

You may apply directly, but please CC to NAWEM Secretariat so that we can keep track. Please follow the instructions as below:

1. Kindly Scan email the complete document together with letters and necessary attachment to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for preliminary check before courier the original document to avoid delays on processing at Immigration.

2. Together with RM300/- (per application) cheque payable to "Malaysian Service Providers Confederation"

MSPC will also need to verify that you are a NAWEM member which the Secretariat will do the needful when requested.
