Eena Khalil Lim (M.Sc., A.M.P.)

EenaEena Khalil Lim is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Good Shop. The Good Shop is a social enterprise enabler platform that partners with impact makers to bring positive solutions that benefit the community. It drives social procurement and educates the public through the supply of impact goods and services available in Malaysia. The platform provides shoppers with good quality products that are made with care, and at the same time support a worthy cause.

Eena has a Masters of Science in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, USA and has completed several professional development programs including the ASEAN Advanced Senior Management Development Program by the Harvard Business School Alumni Club of Malaysia. She is also a recipient of the Darjah Ahli Mahkota Perlis for contributions to the Tuanku Fauziah Foundation.

With a passion to solve community challenges, Eena believes that enterprises can maximize their potential through the identification of optimal solutions and strategies. Gaining research experience in academia, and then consulting in industries internationally, Eena has expertise in commercial opportunity assessment, strategic planning, as well as management and operational diagnostics. She developed strategies for several Malaysian Government agencies in various sectors including property, machinery and equipment, and tourism. While serving at a multinational market intelligence company she managed assessments that led to successful IPO listings in Singapore and Malaysia. Through NAWEM, Eena hopes to work with more women to support and enhance women entrepreneurs in Malaysia and internationally.

Prior to her career in industry, she was a researcher with the Statistics Education Research Group and developed a statistical analysis tool called “Tinkerplots – A Data Analysis Tool” for school children. She has also published several articles on statistical literacy.

Eena enjoys traveling around the world to learn about different cultures, taking long walks around cities to find a good eateries, and spending time watching her children enjoy each other’s company as they explore the world.
