Rina Ganguly is the company Director of Borneo Real Estate Sdn Bhd, which is primarily focused on Training and Education.
Rina studied law at the University of London and had worked as a Human Resources Director at International Hotels like Four Points by Sheraton Hotels and Hilton. She is also a RE Negotiator and Administrator at Borneo Real Estate.
As a RE Negotiator, she attends the yearly Real Estate Negotiator CPD course organised by the Board of Valuers under the Ministry of Finance. This is to keep abreast with compliances and current updates in the real estate industry.
Her high- profile work experiences in the hotel industry’s HR and Training departments, has led her to train the team of Real Estate Negotiators and those who are on Supervisory trainings.
Rina’s forte is in Training and Human Resources. She was credited for the setting up and development of the Human Resources and training Department at the Four points by Sheraton hotel when it first started business in Kuching. As a Human Resource Director at Hilton, her entrepreneur skill was credited for generating revenue for its HR department through its training schemes, which had benefited the staff of Hilton to be trained both locally and abroad. As a NAWEM exco member, her visionary, entrepreneurial and leadership skills are much welcomed skill assets to NAWEM; and as a contributor to help the Chapter meet its vision plan and growth.
Currently, Rina is very much involved with real estate, especially in the company’s administration and staff training. She was a secretary and acting secretary in the Malaysian Institute of Estate agents of Sarawak branch for two years; and for the past five years, since the official inception of the MIEA Sarawak branch, Rina had been actively involved as the Co-organiser for the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agent Sarawak branch annual dinner.
Rina is social and an avid traveller. She makes time to travel with friends and family annually on overseas trips. In addition, Rina loves music and value friendships.
